* Please note that each paper must have at least one registered author, and final submissions are due by June 8th, 2024. Acceptance notifications will be sent in May 26. Papers from authors who fail to register by June 8th, 2024, will be removed from both the program and the proceedings.
Registration for Authors
All presenting authors must be registered by 8th June 2024 (23:59 PST). Any authors who have not registered by 8th June 2024 or have papers exceeding the (6+2) page limit (excluding accepted RA-L, TRO, and RAM papers) in the final submitted paper version, will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings.
*Each paper is limited to six pages in the standard IEEE Conference Paper Format based on the LaTeX template or Microsoft Word template. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted with $200 extra charge.
In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one author of each paper must register in advance. Authors are allowed to upload one contribution per one registration for free, and a maximum of two extra papers at additional charge ($450 per page). Papers that do not respect the (6+2) page limit (excludes accepted RA-L, TRO, and RAM papers) in the final submitted paper version will be removed from the program and the proceedings. No exceptions will be made. If you are an author or co-author of a single contribution, your registration cannot be shared or used for uploading a paper for which you are not an author.
Full registration includes submissions for up to one item from these categories: paper, late-breaking submission, robot design competition, stand-alone video. Student registration includes one submission of the same categories.

Registration Fee Waiver Program for Inclusivity/Student Travel Grant
RO-MAN 2024 is offering travel grants to increase diversity of the HRI community. If you have financial, personal, or other hardships that make affording RO-MAN difficult, and meet the qualification, you may be able to apply for a registration fee waiver.

Day registrations are available for main conference days (August 27th, 28th, and 29th). Lunch is included for attendees who register for any of these single days
Notes
· Paper Uploads: To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance (see above).
· To attend both the main conference and any workshops or tutorials, you must register for both. Entry to the main conference, workshops, and tutorials will be strictly regulated, with access granted only to delegates who possess the appropriate badges or passes.
· Day Registrations are valid only for non-presenters to join on the main conference days (August 27-29). If you wish to attend the social events, you can buy a ticket at USD 100 each for the Welcome Reception on August 27th and/or the Award & Appreciation Party on August 29th and USD 200 for the Banquet on August 28 through the registration site.

Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received. Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may only qualify for a refund under extraordinary conditions. Please note that inability to secure a travel visa does not qualify for a refund. Once registered, the registration cannot be transferred or given to other individuals.

However, the Conference and its representatives may need to change arrangements, schedules, plans, or other details without prior notification due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control. Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Organizers will be held responsible for any losses or inconvenience resulting from these changes. Additionally, we will not be accountable for any financial losses due to delays or unforeseen circumstances. Attendees are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance that also covers personal belongings. The Conference will not compensate for cancellations, theft, or damage to personal items.
