* Please note that each paper must have at least one registered author, and final submissions are due by July 6th, 2024. Acceptance notifications will be sent in May 26. Papers from authors who fail to register by July 6th, 2024, will be removed from both the program and the proceedings.

Registration Fee Waiver Program for Inclusivity & Travel Grants
RO-MAN 2024 is offering travel grants to increase diversity of the HRI community. If you have financial, personal, or other hardships that make affording RO-MAN difficult, and meet the qualification, you may be able to apply for a registration fee waiver.
Further details will be updated as the registration starts.

Day registrations are available for main conference days (August 27th, 28th, and 29th). Lunch is included for attendees who register for any of these single days
Notes
· Paper Uploads: To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance (see above).
· To attend both the main conference and any workshops or tutorials, you must register for both. Entry to the main conference, workshops, and tutorials will be strictly regulated, with access granted only to delegates who possess the appropriate badges or passes.
· Day Registrations are valid only for non-presenters to join on the main conference days (August 27-29). If you wish to attend the social events, you can buy a ticket at USD 100 each for the Welcome Reception on August 27th and/or the Award & Appreciation Party on August 29th and USD 200 for the Banquet on August 28 through the registration site.

Cancellation Policy
To request a refund, please send an email to registration@ro-man2024.org. Any cancellation will incur a fee of USD 100.00 if processed before August 1st, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. Cancellations made after this deadline may only qualify for a refund under extraordinary conditions. Please note that inability to secure a travel visa does not qualify for a refund. The name on the registration can be changed without penalty.

We aim to deliver the conference program as announced on our website. However, the Conference and its representatives may need to change arrangements, schedules, plans, or other details without prior notification due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control. Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Organizers will be held responsible for any losses or inconvenience resulting from these changes. Additionally, we will not be accountable for any financial losses due to delays or unforeseen circumstances. Attendees are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance that also covers personal belongings. The Conference will not compensate for cancellations, theft, or damage to personal items.
